Set a-top the hill and yet still within comfortable walking distance of Pissouri village square, Villa Lauroli enjoys commanding views over the vineyards and olive groves of the area.

From the front, the waters of Episkopi Bay can be seen twinkling in the distance. At the back, to the west, there is a spectacular view towards the coast around Aphrodite's Rock where the sun sets dramatically over the sea each evening. To the north, the Troodos Mountains rise up towards the blue-sky.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned holiday villa is spacious and modern and quickly gives the feeling of a home from home.

Living Area

The air conditioned living room is large and comfortably furnished with an open fire-place and double doors leading out to the pool area.

The integral dining area comfortably seats 6. A television, DVD player and small music system are supplied.

Kitchen

The newly equipped kitchen has everything you might expect at home. Fitted with a range of units, there is a kettle, dishwasher, gas oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine as well as plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Guest bathroom

There is a small guest-bathroom under the stairs.

Bedrooms

There are 3 good sized double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower-room and all with spacious fitted wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms look out over the magnificent views to the rear of the property. All rooms enjoy individual air-conditioning units, full sized double doors and a balcony.

Family Bathroom

The bathroom is of a good-size, with a wash-hand basin, WC and bath with over-head shower attachment. There is a constant supply of hot-water, so no timing your shower to avoid a refreshing wake-up call after a long day by the pool!

Outside

Outside there is a good-sized private heated swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with a small number of beds and a parasol. There is also a sheltered BBQ area. The views in every direction from the pool area are stunning.

The pool is fully maintained and fully visible from the lounge.

Arrival and special arrangements

The holiday villa is fully prepared for your stay. Towels and linen are provided along with a welcome pack with basic essentials. A daily or weekly clean and linen change is available by arrangement. Cots, high-chairs and z-beds can also be provided by arrangement.
